Responsibilities include supporting SoIT instructors with building courses in Canvas, conducting course audits, developing continuous improvement strategies, and working to ensure content in SoIT courses meets accessibility standards. 


Additional projects include working as the point for articulation agreements for SoIT, working on the Work Force Development Cross Functional Team and Early IT programs developing support materials, designing the SoIT Community Canvas course, and designing the SoIT Course Success Audit Retreat.

Responsibilities included working with business SMEs to produce new eLearning content with Captivate 2019, creating courses and exams in SAP SuccessFactors, assisting learners with LMS issues, updating existing Captivate modules. Updated and converted three eLearning modules from Lectora to Captivate and created two new eLearning modules in Captivate.

Responsibilities included developing eLearning, blended learning, and instructor led content, working with business SMEs to revise onboarding training curriculum, and conducting instructor led trainings in face to face, synchronous, and asynchronous settings. 


Additional projects include designed and led “Train the Trainer” courses on using Adobe Captivate, curriculum design methodology (flipped learning,) and peer mentoring. Worked on revising and developing new curriculum for new hire onboarding and the Pharm Tech program (PTCB certification exam prep course.)
